Return & Refund Policy

The Return n Refund Policy will be used for items sold thru our Website – www.myptrust.org only.

Customers can buy
a) Physical Products ( items we ship to customers).
b) Digital Products (Items that customers can download on their PCs).

Customers can ask for refund for physical product in 7 days, subject to following conditions:
a) Product must be returned in its original Packaging.
b) Product is not used or damaged.
c) Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund if these conditions are not met.

Customer pays for shipping costs in case of a Return.

Customers can exchange the product with a new one or ask for a refund.

Customers should contact us before returning a product.

We ask for a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) or Authorized Returns Number (ARN).

We ask customers to contact us to get a return number before returning the product.

Customers should send us the returns to our Communication Address given on the website.

Customers can ask for refund for Digital Product in 7 days, subject to following conditions:
a) Product not delivered (if the delivery email is not received by a customer).
b) Download issues (if the product can’t be downloaded properly.
c) Major defects (if the product has unexpected error)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on incompatibility with some third-party software.

Customers can contact us regarding our Return and Refund Policy by email / by visiting a page on our website.

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days

How customer will cancel the order?

Once the order cancellation is done, the entire amount or any deduction will be refunded via original method of payment within 10 to 15 working days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Events or conference

• 1. If seminar / conference / events specified in the website, any individual can subscribe for the same by filling the form, accepting Terms & condition paying the required fees.
• 2. No refund will be eligible in case of no show where the participant arrives late or does not turn up for the event or
• 3. Only the registered participant can attend the event / conference & replacement is substitution not allowed
• 4. once the payment has been made for events no cancellation request will be entertained
• 5. No refunds will be eligible to any individual if the event / conference conducted are not up to the satisfaction or expectation of the participant.
• 6. In case event / conference is cancelled or postponed, should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of the revised dates & if you are unable to attend the event / conference then the amount will be refunded back to you.
